How well does it track?
Optical sensors on the inside of the band record heart rate, oxygen and skin temperature through the night, and motion for sleep stages and steps. Treat it as a daily trend, not a lab reading. Wear it on your index or middle finger, snug but not tight, for the most consistent nights.
Is there really no subscription?
No. Every reading, score and month of history is included with the ring. The QRing app is free on iPhone and Android and there is nothing to pay after checkout, this year or next.
How do I pick a size?
Order your usual US ring size for the finger you will wear it on; sizes run 7 to 13, whole sizes. The size guide shows how to measure a ring you already own. If the fit is wrong we exchange it within 30 days.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 4 days on one charge with typical use. The case in the box carries up to 13 more charges, so most people drop the ring in the case while they get ready in the morning.
Can I shower or swim with it?
Yes. The ring is rated 5ATM and IP68, so showers, pools and sleep are fine. Take it off for diving.
Which app and which phones?
The ring pairs with the free QRing app on iPhone and Android over Bluetooth. Data syncs while the app is open, and the ring keeps recording when your phone is not nearby.
When will it arrive?
Orders ship with free US shipping and arrive in 5 to 7 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves.
Can I return it?
If the size is wrong we exchange it within 30 days. If the ring or case stops working in the first year we replace it under the 12-month warranty. Write to hello@lumoring.com and a person answers.
