By placing an order at Lumo Ring you agree to these terms. Prices are in US dollars and include the ring, the charging case and the charging cable. Shipping inside the United States is free. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.

We confirm every order by email. If a product is out of stock, we tell you within 2 business days and either ship it when it is back or refund you in full, your choice.

The ring is a wellness and fitness device, not a medical device. The readings are for your own information and are not a diagnosis. If you have a health concern, talk to a doctor.

The ring works with the free companion app for iPhone and Android. The app is provided by the app developer under its own terms.
