Refund policy

30-day returns and free size exchange

If the ring does not fit, we exchange the size for free within 30 days of delivery. Write to us at artem+spendmix@reiterweb.com with your order number and the size you need, and we ship the new size before the first one comes back.

If you change your mind, return the ring within 30 days of delivery in its original condition with the charging case and cable. We refund the full product price to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Return shipping inside the United States is free.

A ring that arrives damaged or stops working within 12 months is replaced at no cost. Send a short description and, if possible, a photo or video to artem+spendmix@reiterweb.com.
