Do I need a subscription?
No. Every reading, score and history is included with the ring. There is nothing to pay after checkout.
What does it track?
Sleep stages and sleep score, continuous heart rate, blood oxygen, skin temperature trend, steps, calories and workouts.
Which phones work with it?
iPhone with iOS 8 or later and Android 5.1 or later. The free app connects over Bluetooth 5.2.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 4 days on one charge. The charging case in the box holds up to 13 more charges, so you can go weeks without a cable.
Can I shower or swim with it?
Yes. The ring is rated 5ATM and IP68. Shower, swim and sleep with it on.
Where does it ship from?
From our warehouse in the United States. Delivery takes 5 to 8 business days and shipping is free.
What if the size is wrong?
